Handcrafted by the Amish in a small community of about 20 families, in Northwestern Montana, this beautiful rustic log furniture will last for many generations.
The beauty and warmth of rustic log furniture has graced many homes and lodges in the Northwest and is spreading all over the US.
Most of our log furniture is used as indoor furniture but more and more customers are realizing that the log furniture is a beautiful accent OUTDOORS as well. If you plan to use any of the log furniture on your deck or patio, or perhaps even the yard, we recommend putting on a clear exterior laquer finish to protect it from the sun rays.
We have also added a new finish that we have dubbed the "Glacier Style"...Glacier Style is where the dark inner bark is left on and the wood is finished with a natural stain and 3 coats of clear laquer to preserve the bark...all our furniture can be purchased as either Regular or Glacier Style.
We would be happy to do that here at the shop for you as well. You can choose to have our skilled technicians varnish the furniture with three coats of premium grade, clear exterior lacquer, or do it yourself and order the unfinished item.
